Spray-type asbestos dust dispersion prevention treatment technology NJ asbestos removal method

This method is also applicable for asbestos removal at Level 2 and Level 3 sites, aside from preventing the dispersion of sprayed asbestos.

Recently, the Japan Architecture Center, a general incorporated foundation, has approved the "NJ Asbestos Removal Method," a technique designed to prevent the dispersion of asbestos during dismantling and removal. This method was independently developed to prevent exposure to workers, which is the most crucial aspect of asbestos dismantling operations, and to avoid contamination of the surrounding environment. ● For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.

Water Jet (WJ) Method - Asbestos Removal Method

Nisshin Kiko Tokyo Branch responds to diverse site requests with a focus on removal cleaning methods utilizing water jet technology, employing a variety of techniques and ensuring safe management.

This is a removal cleaning method utilizing water jet technology. ―― Advantages ―― 1. Shortened construction period. 2. Dust-free, optimal environmental construction. 3. Complete stripping and high-quality management. 4. Small team construction. 5. Reduction of asbestos waste volume and suppression of industrial waste disposal. Unlike conventional methods, the water jet method has significant advantages in quality management, work environment management, process management, and safety management. Additionally, by using a diatomaceous earth filtration system for wastewater, we can treat asbestos-containing wastewater at the micron level. Based on numerous construction achievements, we confidently propose this to our customers.

Preventing dispersion while removing asbestos! 'Water Clean Method'

Attention those struggling with asbestos removal: Since it can be carried out with level 3 equivalent containment, 'isolation containment' is not necessary! It only uses water, so it does not pollute the environment.

Our company provides a comprehensive service for asbestos removal work, from "preliminary investigation and analysis of asbestos to construction," and we select the appropriate method for the site through detailed stratified analysis. The "Water Clean Method" generates ultra-high pressure water from 100MPA to 245MPA using a water jet pump, and with a special simultaneous suction attachment, it performs 【wetting】【spraying】【stripping】【suction】 simultaneously, making it an environmentally friendly technology that removes asbestos-containing finishing (exterior wall) coatings while preventing dispersion. In asbestos removal work, the equipment and system are compact and simplified, allowing for a wider construction area and contributing to cost reduction. 【Features】 ■ Consistent response from preliminary asbestos investigation to construction ■ Uses only water, thus not polluting the environment ■ Simultaneously powerfully sucks up wastewater and stripped materials, allowing for construction while preventing dispersion ■ Wet method suppresses dust ■ Capable of removing a wide range of coatings such as soft, elastic, and hard films ■ Efficiently removes inorganic base adjustment materials that cannot be removed with stripping agents *For more details, please refer to the related link page or feel free to contact us.

Asbestos removal method "AG-J System"

By incorporating the negative pressure wet removal method, we have ensured safety for the surrounding environment!

The "AG-J System" is an asbestos removal method that completely prevents the leakage of asbestos dust to the outside. To achieve this, the work site is completely isolated and sealed, and then a high-performance dust removal machine creates a negative pressure inside. After creating such a work environment, a special chemical is applied to the asbestos to be removed, keeping it wet to prevent dust from becoming airborne during the work. Workers wear protective masks and specialized protective clothing to ensure safety. 【Work Procedure】 ■Preparation ■Site Entry ■Specialized Protection ■Installation of Specialized Equipment ■Removal Work ■Inspection and Area Clearance, Spraying of Covering Agent on Removal Surface ■Cleanup, Cleaning, Final Disposal, Dismantling of Scaffolding, and Removal after Cleaning *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Asbestos removal method "Chemical ASR Method"

High safety spray asbestos dust dispersion prevention treatment technology during construction.

The "Chemical ASR Method" is an asbestos removal technique that safely encapsulates asbestos fibers with a chemical solution during the removal process, ensuring high safety throughout the operation. It guarantees safety after thorough removal, with the number of asbestos fibers in one liter of air being below 10, which is equivalent to the normal atmospheric level. Additionally, comprehensive measures are in place to prevent accidents and minimize environmental contamination at the site and surrounding areas. Please feel free to consult us if you have any requests. 【Features】 ■ A method that removes asbestos fibers while encapsulating them with a chemical solution ■ After the removal work is completed, the number of asbestos fibers in one liter of air is approximately 10 or fewer ■ A method that implements measures to anticipate accidents during construction ■ Effective isolation, sealing, and burden management to minimize environmental contamination at the site and surrounding areas *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

G-type asbestos removal method

Due to its excellent permeability, it is possible to carry out removal with minimal scattering if it is sufficiently permeated and solidified!

The issue with asbestos removal is that it generates a tremendous amount of dust. For this reason, the removal work requires the installation of partitions, the establishment of a pre-room, and negative pressure dust collection. Dust suppression agents (wetting agents) are used in asbestos removal, but due to poor permeability, when removing sprayed asbestos with tools like scrapers, a large amount of dust is generated. In this regard, "Asgen Sealer" has excellent permeability, so if it is sufficiently penetrated and solidified, it is possible to carry out removal with minimal dispersion. Asbestos treated with the G-type asbestos treatment can be reduced in volume by about 1/6 through crushing, which can alleviate processing costs and the burden on disposal sites. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
